The carrier picked up your pieces. They leave on the scheduled date, once the balance is paid.

The trailer left for the border. This is the stage where the tracking number is assigned.

When your order is confirmed we send your private link by email and WhatsApp. No username or password to remember: open the link and everything is there.
It updates when something actually happens
The page does not move on a schedule: it moves when your order moves. Every time it changes stage or a date shifts, we tell you by email and WhatsApp.
You see your trailer, not everyone else's
Our shipments travel in consolidated trailers with several stops. Your page tells you how many stops yours has and which of your pieces are on board, never another customer's order.
From the workshop to your restaurant
An order takes 10 to 12 weeks of production from the deposit, plus transit into the United States. Tracking covers the whole route: workshop, trailer, customs, Dallas warehouse and delivery.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get into my order tracking?
Through the private link we send by email and WhatsApp when your order is confirmed. It is a unique address for your order: no username or password needed. If you lost it, write to us and we will resend it.
Why does my order not have a departure date yet?
The date is assigned once your pieces are finished and there is a trailer scheduled for your route. Until that happens the page says so plainly instead of inventing a date. As soon as it is scheduled, we tell you by email and WhatsApp.
Are the dates I see final?
No, they are estimates. They depend on the carrier and on customs paperwork, and they can shift. Whenever a date changes we let you know; you do not have to keep checking the page.
How long does a full order take?
10 to 12 weeks of production from the deposit, plus transit time into the United States. Large orders may be split across more than one shipment; in that case your page tells you which pieces travel in each one.
